Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all valid orders (if otherwise noted on the product page, the information on the page will prevail).
Exceptions: If your delivery address is located in an extremely remote area, an embargoed area, or a region where delivery is prohibited by local laws and regulations, we may not be able to offer free shipping or even be unable to deliver. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible before or after placing your order to provide an alternative or refund.
Order Processing Time
Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (extra time may apply during holidays).
Inventory Availability: If the product is in stock, we strive to pack and deliver to the carrier within 72 hours.
Exceptions: In the event of limited inventory or a surge in order volume (such as during major sales), processing time may be slightly delayed. We will proactively notify you via email.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days (actual time depends on the destination and carrier availability). Expedited Shipping: If you require a more urgent delivery, please contact Customer Service in advance. We will assist you in selecting an expedited shipping option and inform you of the associated costs.
Duties, Import Taxes, and Customs Clearance
International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees in the destination country.
Unless you select "Prepay Duties" during checkout, these duties and import taxes are generally your responsibility.
We cannot control the customs inspection processes and taxation policies of each country. To avoid delivery delays, we recommend that you confirm the relevant regulations with your local customs office before placing your order.
Signature and Inspection
Signature Confirmation: For security reasons, high-value orders (over $300) may require a physical signature from the recipient.
Inspection Tips:
Please inspect the packaging for completeness upon signing for delivery.
If the packaging is severely damaged or shows obvious signs of being opened, please refuse to sign and contact us immediately.
If the product is in good condition but only has minor packaging damage, please take a photograph after signing for it and contact Customer Service within 24 hours.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
How to Complain: If the shipping status hasn't updated for an extended period, or if it shows "Signed for" but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Required Documents: Please provide your order number, recipient information, contact information, and any screenshots or photos.
Processing Procedure: We will immediately verify and initiate a claim with the carrier. We will continue to communicate with you about progress until the claim is processed and, if necessary, arrange a refund or exchange (subject to product availability).
Note: Please ensure you retain the product and packaging for claim processing and inspection.
Address Changes and Order Cancellations
Before Shipping: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our customer service email.
After Shipping: We cannot guarantee that the carrier will accept your address change request. Any additional costs for re-delivery or return shipping may be borne by you.
Returns, Exchanges, and After-Sales Service
If the product is damaged during shipping due to non-human factors, we will assist you in requesting a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges due to size issues or personal reasons are subject to our return and exchange policy and applicable shipping fees.
