Return Policy


Application Deadline

You must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product (based on the logistics receipt date).

Requests received after this deadline will not be processed. Please submit your request promptly.


Return Requirements

The product must be in new, unused condition, and come with all original packaging, labels, instructions, and accessories.

If the returned product has any of the following conditions, we will charge a restocking fee based on the market value of the product or provide only a partial refund:

  • Significant signs of use or damage;
  • Missing original packaging, labels, instructions, or accessories;
  • Other conditions that affect resaleability.


Return Process

Please contact customer service at support@sparkuniv.com and provide:

  • Order number;
  • Return reason;
  • Photos of the product (including packaging).

Follow customer service's instructions to complete the return process. Return shipping is at your own expense.

Once we receive and confirm that the product meets the return requirements, we will refund the money back to your original payment method within 7 business days.


Non-refundable Fees

  • Shipping costs;
  • Assembly or processing service fees;
  • Package insurance costs.


Non-returnable items

All clearance and discontinued items are not returnable or exchangeable upon sale.

These items will be clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product detail page.



Exchange Policy


Exchanges permitted

Exchanges are limited to the same item, for a different size or color.

To exchange for a different style, model, or product category, please return the item and place a new order.


Exchange Request Process

Request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Ensure the item is in new, unused condition, and comes with all original packaging, tags, instructions, and accessories.

Contact customer service at support@sparkuniv.com and provide the following information:

  • Order number;
  • Reason for exchange;
  • Desired size or color.

Ship the item back as instructed by customer service (shipping is at your expense).

Once we receive and confirm the item is eligible, we will ship the replacement item.



Special Notes

Please package your return item securely to prevent damage during shipping.

If your returned item is lost or damaged during shipping, you will be held responsible. Please consider using a tracked courier and purchasing insurance for your package.

We reserve the right to review and make final decisions regarding returns and exchanges.
